You are responsible for ensuring that your use of naturist community features is lawful where you live and where you access the service.

You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity carried out under your account.

You should provide accurate information, keep your contact details reasonably current, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Nudesunrise is designed as a respectful digital community for naturists. You agree to use the service in a lawful, safe, and community-appropriate manner.

• Use the platform honestly and respectfully.
• Upload only content you have the right to share.
• Respect other members, places, and event organizers.
• Follow moderation instructions and platform safety requirements.

You may not use Nudesunrise to engage in abusive, unlawful, or unsafe conduct.

• Harassment, threats, hate, stalking, impersonation, or coercion.
• Spam, scams, deceptive conduct, or unauthorized commercial promotion.
• Content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or applicable law.
• Content or behavior inconsistent with the platform's naturist community purpose.
• Attempts to bypass moderation, access controls, or platform security.

You keep ownership of the content you create and upload. By posting it to Nudesunrise, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service.

This license exists only for the functioning of the platform and related safety, support, and product operations. You remain responsible for the content you submit.

We may review content, restrict visibility, suspend features, or remove accounts when we believe it is necessary for safety, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or service integrity.

We may also limit or end access to the platform for repeated violations, serious misconduct, or misuse of community tools.

Some features may be available only to premium users. Premium plans, trial periods, renewal terms, and billing flows may be introduced or adjusted over time.

Subscription details shown in-app or at checkout will control for the relevant purchase. Access to premium features may end when a subscription ends, is cancelled, or is refunded where applicable.

Nudesunrise may later introduce tools for verified places, venue listings, and venue claims. Those tools may be subject to extra verification, business-facing policies, or subscription terms.

We may require proof of authority before granting management rights over any business or venue listing.

Nudesunrise is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or that all user content or listings will always be accurate, complete, or current.

To the extent permitted by law, Nudesunrise and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from user content, third-party conduct, service interruptions, or unauthorized access.

We may update these terms, change features, adjust access rules, or discontinue parts of the service as the platform evolves.

Continued use of Nudesunrise after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised version.
